SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship using USPS first-class mail. If you are purchasing multiple items, we will combine shipping costs and refund you for the extra shipping charges. Your item/s will ship within 5-7 business days from the date of purchase. We will do our very best to get your packages out right away since we know how exciting it is to receive your new purchase as fast as possible. If you would like to upgrade your shipping to Priority or Express services for additional fees, please e-mail us for rates. 
**We suggest purchasing insurance for trackability and peace of mind. We apologize that we can't be responsible for items that are not insured. **

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING-
2-5-26 We would love to ship worldwide so that everyone can collect and enjoy our art. We have added a few international shipping destinations with a flat rate. If you don't see your country, please email us so that we may calculate rates and add your destination. 
We are not responsible for other countries taxes, tarriffs etc. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay the necessary fees to your designated country. 
With the high costs of tariffs and shipping due to recent world changes we want to be able to ship to you at the most affordable price possible.  We do not add any extra fees to your international shipping and are happy to refund any overages.

Please note that shipments may take as little as a week or 6-8 weeks to arrive due to delays in customs. If your order has not been received at that time, please contact me so that we can get your issue resolved.

RETURN & EXCHANGE DETAILS

Due to the handmade nature of our work, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. 

If your item arrives damaged or is lost in shipping, please e-mail us so that we can get to the bottom of your issue. We strongly encourage purchasing insurance for your package, as we can't be responsible for lost items. We can help with filing a claim for lost packages.
