Celestial Sunflower Necklace - Whimsical Floral Jewelry

" Sun & Moonshine " features a spiral stamped crescent moon hugging a flower of life sunflower. 
 
Colors include,  dark teal, golden yellow ocher, and  sienna brown with color shifting raku glass that produces a rainbow of colors when struck in the flame. 
 
Lampwork glass sun and moonshine  bead focal is 25mm. Necklace measures 18 1/2 - 20 1/2" on a 1.5mm metallic copper leather cord with and adjustable antiqued copper plated  chain, brass moon dangle, and lobster claw clasp.
 
This serendipitous design came about when I was creating the center of the sunflower and realized it was off center. As a long working glass artist of 24 years, I feel like it shows an artists true skills to be able to take a mistake and turn it into a "happy little accident".  I was elated to come up with this new design creating an incredibly unique piece.
